Prioritize comparability
Use a consistent measurement method and retain the date for every entry. Import past records only when you can identify the measurement date and unit.
A small number of well-documented entries is more helpful than frequent, inconsistent checking.
Keep control of your data
Growth Clarity stores measurements locally in this browser. You can export a JSON copy, import a prior export, or delete local records.
A calendar reminder can support a reasonable future check without sending sensitive measurements to a server.
